2025 11.8% OldeSoul Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout; spiced with cinnamon, cayenne, and ancho chilies. 

This year’s Olde Soul was aged in 6 different bourbon barrels handpicked and sourced by our friends at O’Darby’s Liquor Barn. This year’s barrels were: Stagg, Blue Note, Wild Turkey Private Selection Single Barrel, Old Pepper Rye, and two different Russel’s Reserve Private Barrels.
